For this purpose, we use our custom-built API-first platform LEAP.one.

Your mission:

Let’s do this! As a Product Manager (m/f/x), how will you be a game changer?

• You will become the technical, product and customer champion for our platform and clients’ projects
• You will deliver on the product roadmap, while prioritizing product backlog based on user needs and business priorities
• You are expected to identify key user challenges, come up with solutions, prototype, iterate and launch frequently
• You will collaborate with our UX/UI team to develop wireframes and mockups
• You will break down the scope into epics, features and user stories
• You will actively test newly developed functionality and provide detailed feedback to our  engineering team
• You are expected to present, explain and demonstrate the product to clients audiences

Your profile:

Do more with the knowledge you’ve worked hard to acquire and the passion you have:

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in a technical field
• You have acquired 3+ years Product Management experience around complex technological products (B2B)
•  You present a background or previous work experience in UX/UI for complex B2B software (this is a plus)
•  You have gathered experience with agile product development and development of SaaS solutions
• You are able to empathize with users who are not technical, but have real problems that need simple solutions
• You are able to effectively communicate and interface with executives, clients, developers, QA, and technical support staff
• You have strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• You having 1+ years experience collaborating and managing a team with other PM is a plus
• You communicate very well in English, both written and spoken
• You are currently based in Berlin or willing to relocate
